Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Remote Betreuung mit einhergehenden Administrations- und Supportleistungen für die Alfresco Installationen sowie die ggf. in Einzelfällen notwendig werdende Unterstützung vor Ort in München oder Nürnberg. Die Leistungserbringung verteilt sich dabei auf mehrere Systemumgebungen wie z.B. Produktion, Test und Schulung. Sie steht im engen Kontext mit den in Betrieb befindlichen Fachverfahren und den vorhandenen Oracle Umgebungen. Schwerpunkt ist neben laufenden Betriebsleistungen für die Alfrescoumgebung eine dazugehörige Notfallunterstützung und weitergehende Beratungsleistungen, die zu einer Betriebsoptimierung und einer sicheren Fortführung des Roll Out des Fachverfahrens eIP führen. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Beteiligten ist erforderlich.
