Description

1.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a system for planning and conducting surgical procedures in the head and spine area with the function of neuronavigation and intraoperative imaging for the M. Kopernik Specialist Municipal Hospital in Toruń. The contracting authority shall provide for the annulment of the procurement procedure if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. 1.2. The exact description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the FTZ, which is also an assortment and price form. Medicinal products offered must have a marketing authorisation in the territory of the Republic of Poland or an authorisation issued by the Council or the European Commission
