Description

1. The contract covers the supply of electricity to the Municipality of Zielonki. The contract is divided into lots: Part I - Supply of electricity for lighting roads and public places in the Municipality of Zielonki (Tariff C12b). Estimated consumption for the duration of the contract 3500 [MWh] Part II – Supply of electricity for lighting of public places and buildings in the Municipality of Zielonki (Tariffs: C12a, C11, C21, G11, G12). Estimated consumption for the duration of the contract 800 [MWh] 2. The detailed list of electricity consumption points for Part I is set out in Annex 6a to the FTZ, and Annex 6b to the FTZ for Part II. 3. The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the model contracts constituting Annexes 4a and 4b to the FTZ, relating respectively to Lot No I and Lot No II of the contract. 4. The purchase will take place on the basis of a sales contract with the Contractor. 5. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of a separate agreement concluded with the Distribution System Operator.
