Description

Tjänsten omfattar ett systemstöd för kompetensutveckling, ett Learning Management System (LMS). Luleå kommun ska i systemet kunna producera, publicera, administrera och följa upp olika former av utbildningar såsom e-utbildningar, lärarledda utbildningar, fysiska på plats eller webinar. En gemensam lagringplats för alla former av utbildningar eller föreläsningar.
Systemstödet ska levereras som en molntjänst i form av en körklar lösning där anbudsgivaren har ansvar för att lämna systemdokumentation av lösningen. Upphandlingen omfattar även utbildning och förvaltning i form av support och underhåll samt stöd vid implementering inklusive driftsättning.
