The scope of services includes in particular: a) performing geodetic divisions of real estate, determining the shoreline of flowing and standing water and showing boundaries, including works not performed under other contracts due to the degree of their complexity or impediments unpredictable at the time of commissioning; b) providing geodetic services for which it is not possible to unequivocally determine the date of completion or the scope of necessary works due to the unregulated legal status of the property or the need to settle the method of conducting activities in advance; c) activities of showing borders, resuming border points, establishing real estate boundaries and similar activities aimed at determining the course of the border and the cadastral area of real estate; d) making geodetic changes in the way the plot is used, updating land registers and updating the master map; e) field measurements, in particular sowing, development, boundaries, elements of land development, location of trees, places of occurrence of Sosnowski borscht, advertising and surfaces in non-contractual use, together with relevant calculations, analyses and opinions; f) analysis and calculation of the area of land included in the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury, including according to the purpose in the spatial planning acts, administrative decisions, conservation protection and planned divisions; g) inventory of expenditures incurred on real estate and mapping of facilities necessary for the correct valuation of real estate; cubic measurements of earth masses, waste, debris and other similar masses, together with calculations and opinions; graphical distance and surface measurements; j) performing the so-called contractual divisions of the properties of the Resource intended for leases, including maps of the manner of using the property, and showing these divisions in the field; k) developing the concept of real estate divisions, including preliminary subdivision projects, and the concept of the course of easement through the land of the Resource; l) participation, on behalf of the Ordering Party, in showing the boundaries of the real estate of the Resource performed by external entities; m) giving opinions on preliminary drafts of land divisions of the Resource presented by geodesists; cooperation with the competent public administration bodies and other institutions in matters related to geodetic issues; o) preparing drafts of correspondence in matters related to geodesic issues; p) field interviews to determine the legitimacy of conducting geodetic works and the type of necessary geodetic work; verification of stabilization of borders after real estate divisions; verification of applications by tenants and other entities for land reclassification; s) verification of the opinions of court experts issued in cases pending with the participation of the Contracting Authority; verification of the boundaries of real estate, land and land plots in the areas covered by the modernization of the land and buildings register, during its duration and after its completion; u) cooperation with the Employer's employees and contractors of geodetic works carried out on the Resource's lands at the request of third parties; participation on the part of the Contracting Authority in the acceptance of surveying works performed by contractors selected as part of separate public procurement procedures; providing ongoing expert consultations in the field of surveying, real estate management and issues in functional connection with the subject of the Agreement.
