The subject-matter of the contract shall be: -physical supply of electricity to contracting authorities' supply points (hereinafter referred to as the supply) with the assumption of an obligation to take electricity from the electricity system, -delegation of balancing responsibility to suppliers pursuant to Act No 458/2000 on business conditions and the exercise of state administration in the energy sectors and amending certain acts (the Energy Act), as amended, and in accordance with Energy Regulatory Office Decree No 408/2015 on electricity market rules, principles of price formation for the activities of an electricity market operator and the implementation of certain other provisions of the Energy Act, as amended, and other implementing decrees relating to this Act, as amended, -ensuring regulated access to the transmission system and distribution systems and ensuring system services, -ensuring invoicing of regulated and non-regulated components of the electricity price.
