Description

In this open procedure, the structural plans for the construction of a new psychiatric campus at the Göttingen site with a total of 676 beds, several day clinics and replacement buildings for a kindergarten and an energy centre are advertised. The campus comprises several structural units, which are mainly connected by overground and underground corridor systems. The main building blocks include a central reception building, about four nursing pavilions with the majority of inpatient beds, a separate building for child and adolescent psychiatry, a farm with goods receipt/disposal and several existing buildings. This includes in particular the historic psychiatry building, which is to take up day clinic and doctor service functions in the future, among other things. In addition, other buildings are planned that are currently not connected to the underground connection system, including a day clinic, a kindergarten and individual existing buildings such as a small school.
