Description

The subject-matter of this tendering procedure is: Expansion of the HIS system with new modules and integrations: eKRN+, register of adverse events, infections, orders for the supply of medical devices (eZWM ) and extension with new functionalities in the field of rehabilitation services. hereinafter referred to as "goods" in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and Price Form" constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the "Offer Form", constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Description of the Object of the Order, constituting Annex 1a and Annex 1b – Conditions of Guarantee and Service for the Independent Public Health Care Unit of the University Clinical Hospital No 2 of the Medical University of Łódź, ul. Żeromskiego 113, 90-549 Łódź. Assessment of the fulfilment of the conditions set out in paragraph 3 above shall take place on the basis of the documents provided by the Contractor referred to in Chapter II.I para. 1 (a) and (b) and in ch. 9th paragraph Twenty-five SWZ. The implementation of the subject-matter of the proceedings is co-financed by a targeted grant from the project of EU funds under investment D1.1.2 ‘Accelerating the digital transformation of health care through the further development of digital services in health care’ of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). Project name: ‘Development of digital services at the University Clinical Hospital No 2 of the Medical University of Łódź’, Contract No: KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0241/25/KPO/58/2025/461
