Bestandteil der Ausschreibung ist die Baufeldfreimachung von Brachflächen im Industriegebiet Guben Süd. Folgende Leistungen sollen umgesetzt werden:
37.000 m² Aufwuchs roden, einschl. Entsorgung
1.100 St Wurzelstock roden, einschl. Entsorgung
210.000 m² Gelände abräumen, mähen, einschl. Entsorgung
800 m² Betonflächen abbrechen, zwischenlagern
4.000 m³ Baustoffgemisch aufnehmen, zwischenlagern
2.500 m³ Erdstoff aufnehmen, zwischenlagern
1.000 St Bahnschwellen aus Beton aufnehmen, entsorgen
500 m³ Gleisschotter aufnehmen, zwischenlagern
640 m Zaun zurückbauen
130 t Entsorgung biologisch abbaubarer Abfälle
