Description

KPP står för kostnad per patient och innebär att kostnaden beräknas för varje individuell vårdkontakt. KPP innehåller information om vilken hälso- och sjukvård som utförts, av vem och till vilken patient samt vilka resurser som använts vid varje vårdkontakt. Systemet bygger på att de vårdtjänster som utförs i sjukvården kostnadsberäknas för att sedan föras till den patient som erhållit vårdtjänsten. Det senare kallas att matcha vårdtjänster till rätt vårdkontakt
