The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties inhabited from the area of the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki, in a way that ensures that the Municipality achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399, as amended), the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodship for the years 2019-2025, taking into account the years 2026-2031, adopted by Resolution No XXXVI /466/21 of 28 September 2021 of the Sejmik of the Łódź Voivodship in the law on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodship for the years 2019-2025, taking into account the years 2026-2031 and its annexes (Journal Urz.
