Description

Jobcenter Dortmund would like to procure a digital signage system and install it at the locations described below. In total, these are 6 locations with 60 touchpoints. The service includes the procurement and installation of the entire system consisting of hardware and software. In addition, the operational support / service is required in the sense of support. The necessary infrastructure (internet, electricity, etc.) is provided by the client. 27 displays are installed in fire protection boxes and the cabling to the box must also be laid in accordance with fire protection. The invitation to tender shall be drawn up in two lots. Lot 1: Purchase and installation of hardware at the various locations. Lot 2: Implementation of the hardware into the content management system and commissioning of the entire system.
