Procurement of PSAP services according to LUFS Ellevio hereby invites suppliers to apply to submit tenders for PSAP services. The procurement is carried out in accordance with the Act (2011:1029) on procurement in the field of defence and security (LUFS). Scope of the assignment The assignment concerns the provision of PSAP services for: Reception and management of alarms and camera surveillance from security objects, buildings and technical systems.Management of personal and safety alarms.Direction of response resources according to predetermined action plans.Reporting, log management and follow-up in accordance with established procedures.The service shall be provided with high operational security, redundancy and full compliance with applicable security regulations. The system should not rely on cloud services or similar external internet dependencies. The term of the agreement is 4 years with the possibility of extension. Specific requirements The supplier shall: The supplier must have authorisation from the County Administrative Board as a surveillance/alarm centre in accordance with the Act (1974:191) on surveillance companies.The alarm centre must be certified in accordance with SSF 136:5 (or the corresponding current standard for alarm centres).Can meet requirements in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585) and related regulations.Have documented experience of assignments in the field of defence or security. Applicants must also be able to present 3 reference assignments containing over 100 connected alarm systems and more than 15 facilities with camera connections in the last 3 years. The references submitted may complement each other, i.e. overall, the references submitted must prove the candidate's experience of all the activities described above. The goal is that the agreement will contribute to security for Ellevio's operations, employees and contractors, as well as strengthen the protection of essential infrastructure. The agreement is expected to enter into force in Q2 2026. A more detailed schedule will be provided in the tender specifications.
