The contract includes optional tranches as defined in the tender specifications. The details of the phase-out of the operation are set out in the specifications. This contract concerns the carrying out of preliminary studies for the restoration of safety and environmental standards of the municipal port; preliminary studies for which, 3 scenarios will have to be studied.
