Description

Lot 1:
The project is planned to transform and modernise a historical existing building. The building will be partly rebuilt for energy (roof) and completely rebuild in the area of technical equipment. As part of the construction work, all TGA installations will be dismantled and replaced by modern technology.
Lot 2:
The project consists of a new construction and overbuilding of the parking spaces on the Glashüttenstr. 79 planned.
The building will be provided with car parks in the EC, in the 1st 4TH Og freely allocated office space and 5 Og a conference area with two meeting rooms and lobby area.
It is currently planned to hand over the property in its entirety to a tenant. With a view to possible third-party recovery, we already recommend that the infrastructure for electricity supply and waste water and water connections be made available to a maximum of five possible rental units.
