Description

The services will be carried out throughout the territory of the Department of Creuse. Some localities, located in some bordering departments (Haute-Vienne, Corrèze, Allier, Indre, Cher, Puy-De-Dôme) and near the boundary of the Department of Creuse, may also be concerned. Each order form shall specify the place of performance of the services. Lots 1 to 14 correspond to the places of schooling of pupils and students. Lot 15 covers all sectors in which pupils and students with disabilities travelling in wheelchairs attend school. Each of Lots 1 to 14 is concluded with a single economic operator (single contractor). Lot 15 is concluded with several economic operators (multi-contractors) in order to ensure the continuity of the public service, in the event that the contractor requested is not able to perform the services within the required deadlines.
