Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia niniejszego postępowania przetargowego są dostawy zestawów zabiegowych do zwiększenia mikrokrążenia mięśnia sercowego, zwane dalej towarem, spełniające opis i parametry graniczne oraz zgodne z asortymentem i ilościami określonymi w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i zgodnie z „Formularzem Oferty”, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ („Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy”).
