Description

This consultation concerns the operation of public water and sanitation services in Nantes Métropole. Lot 1: Operation of the public drinking water distribution service of Nantes Métropole (excluding the DOPEA sector) and external fire defence. Lot 2: Operation of wastewater collection networks (excluding the DOPEA sector) and rainwater and wastewater treatment networks (excluding the main STEUs). Lot 3: Operation of the TSEUs of Tougas and Petite Californie and sludge management on the whole of the Nantes Métropole perimeter. The contract is divided into two phases common to all the lots: Phase 1 - Prefiguration phase (included between the date of notification of the contract and the start date of phase 2); Phase 2: Operating Phase (January 1, 2026) The contract expiry date is December 31, 2031. The contract may be renewed twice in each one-year period, i.e. until 31 December 2033. During phase 1, the contractor will set up a company dedicated to the execution of the lot awarded to him.
