Description

The Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with the G Service consisting in transporting Shipments (including Shipments containing Postal Shipments), under which the Contractor is obliged to:
1) acceptance of Shipments for carriage in the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the performance of Service G, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract,
2) loading the Consignments onto the vehicle and placing them in the vehicle,
3) unloading Shipments from the vehicle in the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the provision of Service G, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract
