Description

Surveillance and security systems and devices. The Council currently provides the "CCTV monitoring" & "manned guarding" service at charter place. Although a retail centre with normal retail operation hours, charter place requires a security operation for 24 hours in accordance with the lease that the Council offers its shop tenants and to monitor access to the facility via the service road. The requirement is to provide a CCTV monitoring service during the night time shift between the hours of 6:00 pm – 6:00 am. It is anticipated that this service will require 1 guard who will monitor CCTV operations and be based in the security office in the basement of charter place. In addition to the night time "CCTV monitoring", the Council has a requirment for "manned guarding" to be undertaken as part of the day time security service. The Council therefore requires that schedules of rates are submitted should additional services be required. This additional service is on an ad hoc basis only.
