Description

This pre-information notice relates to the intention to launch a public European tender for the engineering department for the preparation and realisation of the Vloedbelt connection. The Vloedbelt connection is a new road connection on the Almelo-Hengelo/Enschede corridor. It is a high-quality provincial road (N743) between Almelo and Borne to replace the existing route by the cores Zenderen and Borne. It concerns approximately 6.5 kilometers of road with 5 roundabouts and 12 works of art (tunnels, viaducts, railway underpass and divers). In mid-2024, the PIP was adopted by the Provincial Council of Overijssel and the preparatory work for the realisation started. A service agreement is concluded under the general purchasing conditions AIV2022. The aim of the tender is to acquire an engineering firm to carry out (advisory) work in the preparation and realisation phase.
