Description

Die Wolfsburger Entwässerungsbetriebe möchten im Rahmen einer Funktionalausschreibung die Membranfiltration einschließlich eines Technikgebäudes mit den erforderlichen Aggregaten realisieren. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet die erforderliche Planungsleistung (Verfahrenstechnik, Statik, Brandschutz), die erforderliche Zuarbeit im Rahmen der Genehmigungsplanung und Erstellung der erforderlichen Baukörper bzw. maschinentechnischen / elektrischen Anlagenteile. Die Anlage soll im Wesentlichen auf einer bestehenden Stahlbetonplatte errichtet werden. Die Membranfiltration ist min. bestehend aus 6 Filterkammern für einen max. hydraulischen Durchsatz von 556 1/s bei einem Rücklaufschlammverhältnis von 1 und einem Feststoffgehalt von 6,75 g/I zu dimensionieren bzw. zu errichten. Im Bereich der EMSR Technik ist eine Mittelspannungsschaltanlage mit zwei Transformatoren 20 kV/400V a 630 kVA und ein semimobiles Notstromaggregat mit ca. 700 kVA Leistung herzustellen.
