Description

The Community of Castilla y LeĆ³n owns a building located in Plaza de Madrid, no 5, Valladolid. The Ministry of Economy and Finance is carrying out the rehabilitation works of this building in order to rehabilitate spaces of its own ownership, where it can relocate some of its management centers located in properties not belonging to its heritage. By Order of March 24 of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, it is agreed to assign to the Management of Social Services the aforementioned property for its destination as the headquarters of the offices of the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities and the Management of Social Services. The assignment of the property prior to the completion of the rehabilitation works allows the Social Services Management to carry out all the necessary actions for the immediate commissioning of the building as the headquarters of this Agency. Among the aforementioned actions is the acquisition of all the equipment and furniture necessary for its operation. Therefore, the conclusion of this contract responds to the need to provide that building with the necessary furniture for its operation. In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability and efficiency established in Article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be covered by the conclusion of this contract, fall within the scope of the functions and powers attributed to this Management Center, determining precisely the suitability of the object and content of this contract in the Technical Specifications.
