Description

Supply of hardware and locks (lot 1) and screws and bolts (lot 2) for training and services supported by PFAF Ouest.
The service shall also include the supply of:
— A general catalogue (s) with an indication of the brands (manufacturer or distributor) and the technical description of each spare part,
— The general tariff (s) which it charges to all its customers in force on the date of submission of his tender,
— A model of the defence tariff referring to the families listed in the act of undertaking comprising: the description and reference of the items, the reference of the general catalogue (brand and page number), the unit of account and the net price excluding tax, after application of the discount rate granted to the defence,
— The supply, at the request of the administration, of statistical information such as the breakdown of sales by item (specifying the brand), the items most ordered in descending order, in quantity and value (amounts in euros) per body or for all training and services supported by the West PFAF.
These documents must be presented in paper form, accompanied by a computerised version (CD-ROM).
Candidates undertake to disseminate the defence tariff (after approval by PFAF Ouest) to the various courses and services supported (approximately 200 client training courses) and the corresponding catalogue (s) and tariff (s).
