1. The subject-matter of the contract is the execution of construction works relating to the construction of the M. Karłowicz Concert Hall in Przeworsk, ul. Krakowska 20, within the scope of extension of the existing didactic building and construction of the concert hall building. 2. A detailed description of the material scope and requirements are described in the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities (supplement/supplement to Annex 7 to the bill of quantities). At the same time, it should be noted that the attached measurements are only an auxiliary element in determining the offer price. The quantities contained therein are not binding, the required scope of works has been defined in the design documentation. In accordance with the terms of the model contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the design documentation, principles of technical knowledge, applicable regulations and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works – as part of a flat-rate price. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors to carry out an on-site inspection (at their own expense, within the deadlines agreed with the head of the facility). 4. The procedure in question is part of the project carried out by the Contracting Authority - Centre for Artistic Education in Warsaw entitled: "Expansion, reconstruction and renovation of concert halls of art schools in Poland" - a project co-financed by the EU under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 programme. 5. The financial terms of the settlements are set out in the model contract. 6. The Contracting Authority, having regard to the requirements laid down in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires, with regard to the posts described in Annex 7 to the Public Procurement Law Act, the submission of a declaration (according to the model set out in Annex 9 to the Public Procurement Law Act) on the employment by the Contractor and any subcontractors of persons in those posts on the basis of an employment contract. The Ordering Party may, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, check the reliability of the submitted declaration. For this purpose, it may request from the Contractor and subcontractors information and documents confirming the employment of designated persons under an employment contract. Detailed information on how to verify is provided in the contract. 7. Warranty. a) The warranty period for construction works and installed devices and materials is a minimum of 60 months. The minimum warranty period for construction works and installed equipment and materials is 60 months from the date of signing the final protocol. Extending the guarantee period by the Contractor (maximum 90 months) is one of the elements of the criteria for evaluating tenders, and the Contracting Authority informs that the method of scoring for the guarantee period proposed by the Contractor is specified later in the tender specifications. (b) When providing the guarantee, the Contractor provides free warranty reviews during the guarantee period for the entire subject of the contract covered by it, so he should include these costs in the remuneration.
