The purpose of this consultation is to carry out the regulatory diagnostics to be carried out before renting or work on the premises and/or common areas of the residences of GRANDLYON HABITAT. This contract constitutes: -A multi-contracted framework agreement governed by Articles L2125-1; R2162-2, second paragraph; R2162-4 to R2162-6; R2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. -This framework agreement sets out the contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be implemented as and when necessary by issuing purchase orders in accordance with the terms set out in this framework agreement. It is divided into two parts (see Article 2.2 of the CR): -A Party shall execute by issuing order forms in accordance with the terms laid down in the framework agreement. -A part gives rise to the award of subsequent contracts after reopening of competition by the Holders. The services referred to above are the subject of a single lot. The framework agreement shall take effect from the date of notification for a firm period of 2 years. It can be renewed once 2 years, for a maximum period of 4 years.
