Description

Cleaning services in all the premises assigned to the departmental services of the borough of Montbrison and the district of Roanne: recurrent cleaning, sanitary and garbage disposal, wood maintenance, floor washing, indoor parking cleaning, local trash and container cleaning, end-of-site cleaning, glazing. The estimated start date of the services is 1 September 2024. The preparation period, without implementation, extends from the date of notification of the Framework Agreement to 31 August 2024 inclusive. A visit to the main sites of the Department by district is optional but highly recommended: — Montbrison antenna (Lot 2) – Antenne de Roanne (Lot 3) The meeting for the visit should be made to the secretariat of the Directorate for Buildings and Resources at 04 77 48 41 57, in consultation with the maintenance coordinator of the premises and the site technician. This consultation concerns only Lots 2 and 3. Lot 1 was awarded following a previous call for tenders consultation. Lot 4 will be subject to subsequent consultation (reservatory lot)
