Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na: a) sukcesywnym odbiorze i transporcie odpadów komunalnych stałych (segregowanych i niesegregowanych); b) opróżnianiu zbiorników bezodpływowych wraz z transportem nieczystości płynnych (ścieki); c) odbiorze, transporcie i utylizacji odpadów gastronomicznych kategorii 3, Przedmiot zamówienia podzielono na 7 zadań. Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia dla poszczególnych zadań zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość unieważnienia postępowania na mocy art. 257 ustawy.
