The purpose of this invitation to tender is to enter into a Framework Contract with one (1) supplier for the supply of “multifunctionals”. Contracting authority intends to replace all Multifunctionals. On the basis of the printing volume, the requirements drawn up and the specifications in Annex 11 (Specification Sheet), the Tenderer is asked to offer the most suitable type of multifunctional. The contracting authority expects the Tenderer to actively contribute to making the process more sustainable and to reduce unnecessary printing behaviour of employees and/or pupils.
