Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of medical ambulances and equipment complying with the requirements set out in the description of the subject-matter of the contract for the purposes of the Independent Public Health Care Unit of the Jędrzej Śniadecki Białystok Provincial Complex Hospital. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the requirements of the Ordering Party includes the Detailed Offer Form: a) Package No. 1 - Annex No. 2.1 to the FTZ - Package No. 1, b) Package No. 2 - Annex No. 2.2 to the FTZ - Package No. 2. 3. The draft contract constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ is an integral part of this documentation and the provisions contained therein are treated as conditions for the award of the contract.
