The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of type C ambulances and small medical equipment described in detail in the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 2 to the tender specifications (hereinafter referred to as ‘SIWZ’). The subject-matter of the contract is a new, non-exhibition, operating instructions in Polish. The contractor guarantees that the medical devices offered covered by the contract comply with the requirements laid down in the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010 (consolidated text: Of Laws 2019, item 175).
