Przedmiotem zamówienia są zlecone przez BGK usługi polegające na wdrożeniu i zarządzaniu Instrumentem Finansowym Pożyczka OZE dla przedsiębiorstw (zwaną dalej: Jednostkowa Pożyczka/Pożyczka) przeznaczonym na finansowanie projektów/inwestycji realizowanych na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego przez Ostatecznych Odbiorców. Szczegóły dotyczące projektów, które mogą być finansowane zawarte zostały w Metryce Instrumentu Finansowego (zwaną dalej: Metryka) stanowiącej załącznik do Projektowanych Postanowień Umowy (PPU).
