Other requirements: 1. The CONTRACTOR is obliged to make each delivery to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY's address within 24 /twenty-four/ hours after receiving an order (with specified items and quantities, as well as other requirements, if any) from the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. Another term is allowed only with the consent of the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. 2. The place of performance is at the location of the contracting authority, Sofia, 129 Vasil Levski Blvd. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the contracting authority after acceptance of the delivery at the place of delivery. 3. Upon delivery, all items must be packed in a way that ensures their storage, transport, as well as additional requirements set by the contracting authority (e.g. original cartons of the manufacturer must be preserved, temperature regime observed, in bags that do not leak liquids, etc.). The packaging of the goods must protect them from all damage due to weather and transport, be intact and not wet. 4. Supplied goods must have a residual shelf life of at least 50 % of the total shelf life (articles with a shorter shelf life are permissible only if it is objectively impossible to comply with this requirement and/or the express written consent of the contracting authority). When accepting an item with a residual shelf life of less than 50%, the contracting authority may require that, after its shelf life has expired, the contractor replaces it at its own expense with one that has a shelf life of at least 50% of the total, starting from the date of replacement. Each item shall be accompanied by appropriate documentation of its use. 5. Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) days of delivery. The price includes all costs of delivery to the address of the contracting authority (including all duties, taxes, fees, transport, VAT, etc.). The price of goods for which a regulatory limit value exists must not exceed that limit value. 6. The Contractor shall be required to provide, on request, proof of the origin, manufacture and control of the goods. The contracting authority may also at any time require the contractor to submit to it: a certified copy of a document for a valid marketing authorisation in the country, issued in accordance with the ZLPHM or Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, translated into Bulgarian (in case of expiry of the marketing authorisation of the medicinal products before the expiry of the contract, the participant shall submit a declaration that the quantities thereof will be delivered to the contracting authority in accordance with Article 55(6) ZLPHM); instructions for use in Bulgarian; quality certificates; certificates of origin, etc. 7. The price of medicinal products may not exceed the wholesale price limit under the Ordinance on the conditions, rules and procedures for regulating and registering the prices of medicinal products or other relevant regulations regulating prices (if applicable). 8. The medicinal products supplied should be packaged by the manufacturer with the appropriate marking and batch number. The marking should be affixed to each package.
