Description

The subject-matter of the public contract is the establishment of a centralised preparation of antitumor and biological drugs in SB Nova Gorica (hereinafter: equipment) with 7-year warranty maintenance (according to the "all inclusive" system), which begins with the expiration of the 24-month warranty period, the supply of consumables and the purchase of the Information System for prescribing, ordering, central preparation and application of antitumor drugs, and 7-year maintenance of the Information System, according to the sections as follows: Lot 1: Robotic cytotoxic drug preparation system with additional workplace, Lot 2: Maintenance of the robotic system and consumables for the robotic system Lot 3:Information system for prescribing, ordering, central preparation and application of antitumor drugs along with integration and maintenance. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the Specifications of Requirements and other relevant parts of the tender documentation. The tenderer must offer the subject-matter of the contract in its entirety. Variant offers are not admissible and will not be taken into account. Tenderers who submit a variant will be excluded from the procurement procedure. The contracting authority has the means to carry out the subject of the public contract. Tenders exceeding the amount of funds provided will be rejected as inadmissible by the contracting authority.
