(265.788,00€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α.), με κριτήριο ανάθεσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, ήτοι την χαμηλότερη τιμή για τις ομάδες 2 και 4 και το υψηλότερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης για τις ομάδες 1 και 3.
