Description

§130a Abs. 8 SGB V ermöglicht den Krankenkassen (KK) und pharmazeutischen Unternehmen, Rahmenrabattverträge über die zu Lasten der gesetzlichen KK abzugebenden Arzneimittel zu schließen. Die GWQ wird als Gesellschaft für Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität bei KK gem. § 130a Abs. 8 S. 5 SGB V für ihre Aktionärs- und Kundenkassen tätig. Die GWQ ServicePlus AG möchte mit allen interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen Arzneimittelrabattverträge im Rahmen des Open-House-Verfahrens zu dem Wirkstoff Budesonid (A07EA06) abschließen.
