Description

Establishment of a framework arrangement for the provision of structured cabling maintenance, installation and support for Caerphilly County Borough Council cabling requirements at any of the Authorities premises including schools.
TUPE will apply.
The contract period is for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further period of 12 months.
The evaluation of the framework shall follow an open two-stage process. The selection stage, which all providers shall be expected to pass all the pass / fail questions in order to proceed to the award stage.
The award stage will be evaluated using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) response methodology and based on the following criteria:
Quality 40%
Price 60%
