1. The subject of the contract is the supply of table and kitchen equipment (trays, displays, bread baskets) divided into 5 parts (tasks) 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and other tender documents, which will be published on the website of the ongoing procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/2rblog. 3. The contracting authority shall provide for the right of option in the procedure in question. The contracting authority shall present the quantities which it will exercise under the option right on the date of conclusion of the contract. In the event of failure by the Ordering Party to meet the above-mentioned deadline, the Contractor must give written consent to the implementation of deliveries under the option.
