The subject of the contract is the rental of space with buildings and the purchase of tickets for the fair, divided into two tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Lease of exhibition space with the construction of the stand of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship at the organizer of the Riga Food 2025 fair and dismantling after the fair, including: a) rental of exhibition space with the construction of a stand at the organizer of the Riga Food 2025 fair in Bremen, Germany; b) execution of the design of the arrangement and visualization of the stand with its equipment and multi-format photographs; c) registration and purchase of entry cards for 10 co-exhibitors indicated by the Ordering Party; d) purchase of entry cards for min. 3 max. 13 representatives of the Ordering Party 2) Task No. 2 - Lease of exhibition space with the construction of the stand of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship at the organizer of the Space Tech Expo Europe 2025 fair and dismantling after the fair, including: a) rental of exhibition space with the construction of a stand at the organizer of the Space Tech Expo Europe 2025; b) execution of the design of the arrangement and visualization of the stand and its equipment; c) free registration and free provision of entry cards for at least 10 max. 15 co-exhibitors indicated by the Ordering Party; d) free of charge provision of entry cards for min. 3 max. 13 representatives of the Ordering Party, the Contractors may submit an offer for one or both of the above-mentioned tasks. 2.
