The object of this contract is the concession of the school canteen service of the educational centers of the municipality of Bigues i Riells del Fai, that is, the El Palomar School, El Cerro School and the La Abubilla municipal nursery, Maria de Bello-place Institute. These specifications also include the Institute's canteen service and leave open the possibility of offering a dining service at the Institute if the conditions indicated in the corresponding article of these specifications are met. The dining service will be provided from 12:30 to 15 hours or at the one determined by the Department of Education, always with a duration of 2h 30 minutes. In accordance with the provisions of Article 10(1)(c) of Decree 160/1996 of 14 May 1996, this service contract is promoted by the Municipality of Bigues i Riells. The service will be provided, in any case, complying with the Technical Specifications of this contract, the content of the School Dining Plan of the respective educational centers, the guidelines of each management team in each educational center, as well as the indications of the municipal reference technician and the school dining commission of each center.
