Description

Support to the implementation of the (future) Regulation (EU) 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and Regulation (EC) 1005/2009 on ozone depleting substances. The existing long-term contract for technical assistance covering such implementation is available until 21 May 2023 (current service contract no 09029901/2021/846829/SER/CLIMA.A.2 – ‘Technical support in implementing the F-gas and the ozone protection EU policies’). It is essential to avoid any gap between the existing and the new contract to ensure that the Commission can appropriately implement these two above mentioned regulations including new obligations stemming from their ongoing review.
