Description

Der Auftraggeber hat derzeit noch einen bestehenden Full-Service-Vertrag über die installierten Druck- und Multifunktionssysteme bis zum 30.09.2025 und plant nun, diesen durch einen neuen Vertrag abzulösen, der die Vermietung der Output-Systeme inkl. Software, Vor-Ort-Service und Support sowie eine Abrechnung auf Seitenpreisbasis beinhaltet. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation und Wartung einschließlich Serviceleistungen gemäß den Anforderungen der Leistungsbeschreibung. Zur Bedarfsdeckung ist eine flexible Produktpalette unterschiedlicher Leistungs- und Preisklassen erforderlich. Der Auftragnehmer soll die Dienststellen der Stadt Oldenburg mit Hardware für den gesamten ausgeschriebenen Produktbereich versorgen und diese Druckerlandschaft mit ca. 1.100 Systemen auf der Grundlage eines auf 60 Monaten abgeschlossenen Vertrages als gemanagte "Full-Service-Lösung (Betreibermodell)" übernehmen und den Betrieb sicherstellen.
