Description

As part of the new Lyon-Turin rail link project, TELT, as contracting entity, is the public promoter responsible for the construction and operation of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The purpose of this procurement is to provide strategic support for project management in order to strengthen the competitiveness of TELT and consolidate its presence at European level. This service is broken down into five tasks: • Research and development of existing and proven innovative solutions (benchmarking studies to identify and promote practices relevant to TELT); • Identification of both national and European funding opportunities and support for participation in calls for funding (drafting of the technical documentation necessary to obtain such funding); • Drafting of strategic notes on topics related to TELT's activities; • Development of the network and international partnerships (search for strategic contacts with a view to promoting and valuing TELT’s activities and fostering the emergence of partnerships); • Dissemination and ownership of strategic guidelines.
