1. The subject-matter of the present proceedings is the supply and implementation of software for the operation of the Al. The subject matter of the proceedings includes the delivery and implementation of the Software, including: a) conducting the Pre-implementation Analysis with the Ordering Party b) preparing detailed documentation of the Software's operation on the basis of the results of the Pre-implementation Analysis, including, among others: ⁇ a list of intentions, ⁇ a list of user questions relevant to the intentions, ⁇ a list of answers relevant to the questions and intentions, ⁇ a list of actions taken by the Software in response to the intentions and expected logic of the Software, ⁇ a conversation diagram, ⁇ other necessary information conditioning the correct design, operation and maintenance of the Software, including technical documentation; c) preparation of the graphic design of the Software; d) copywriting for the production of the Software; e) programming and training of the Software; f) conducting tests of the proper functioning of the Software; g) providing the Ordering Party with Documentation which contains instructions together with the implementation of the Software to the indicated website of the Ordering Party; h) conducting an instruction for the Ordering Party on the management of the Software content (including editing conversation paths and selection options, editing questions and answers, editing and adding new intentions, marking irrelevant questions) and implementation of the Software and Documentation in this regard. 2.
