Description

The contracting authority does not divide the procurement into lots because the services of the procurement contract are computer networks that are functionally interoperable or necessary to achieve the same objective. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the conditions laid down in the procurement documents. The object of the public procurement is the provision of the data communication service referred to in the "Technical Specifications" for connecting the sub-offices of the city of Tartu to the Internet and via a single data communication network with the network centres of EENet and Tartu City Government. The contract shall be awarded to one of the successful tenderers. Tenders shall be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. In case of equal evaluation results, the contracting authority will give preference to the tenderer who submitted the tender first on the date and time in the public procurement register when selecting the successful tenderer. The contracting authority has the right to reject tenders in accordance with the provisions of Sections 115 and 116 of the PPA.
