Description

The National Land Survey of Finland (NLS) is acquiring one (1) airborne camera system for stereo mapping and orthophoto production, all the software and hardware which are needed to operate the airborne camera system, image processing software, and documentation (hereinafter "Product"). Product is specified in more detail in Appendices 1a "Description of the procurement" and 1b "Mandatory requirements". The procurement also covers the following services: - delivery of the Product - guidance and assistance in installation of the Product to the National Land Survey of Finland's airplane - geometric and radiometric calibration of the Product - basic and advanced training - maintenance services for the Product according to Clause 21 of Appendix A "Contract" and Appendix 1c "Requirements for maintenance". CONTRACT PERIOD The Contract (Appendix A) comes into force on the date of signing of the Contract. The delivery schedule for the Product is specified in Clause 9 of the Contract. The Contract is in force until all obligations under it have been fulfilled. The supplier shall provide the maintenance services according to Appendix 1c "Requirements for maintenance" for a fixed period of 7 years. After the fixed period the supplier shall provide the maintenance services according to Appendix 1c until further notice. The 7-year fixed period includes the warranty period. OPTION During the contract period of the maintenance services, the NLS has an option to upgrade the camera system components to newer, improved versions. Such components may include a solution to prevent GNSS interference (e.g. jamming). The content and price of the upgrade will be agreed separately between the NLS and the supplier. The terms of the Contract and the Appendix 1c "Requirements for maintenance" shall apply to the upgrade as applicable.
