Description

The Toulouse City Council decided to restructure Georges AYBRAM stadium premises in order to respond to a shortage of sports equipment in this rapidly expanding district. This stage needs to be brought into line in order to develop into category B in the French Rugby championship for the 2023-2024 season. This project covers: The rehabilitation and refurbishment of premises, an extension of changing rooms/toilets, an extension of administrative and medical offices, an extension of the museum area and premises for staff and ticketing. The maximum amount of the estimated financial allocation for works is set at EUR 1 600 000 excluding tax (October 2022 value). Project management competition on sketch.
