Description

the consultation concerns a restricted competition on ‘Esquisse’ organised in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 2° and R.2162-15 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). In accordance with Article R. 2122-6 of the CCP, the competition will be followed by a procedure without prior publicity or call for competition allowing the purchaser to negotiate with the successful tenderer (s).
