1. Construction of the Westerplatte and War 1939 Museum – Branch of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk’ – scope 1. The scope of the contract covers the execution of construction works and the completion of the construction procedure referred to in Chapter 5c of the Construction Law Act (Journal of Laws No. U. 2025 item 418 as amended) [hereinafter: Construction Law] for the investment task consisting in the implementation of the scope I of the investment entitled ‘Construction of the Museum of Westerplatte and the War 1939 – Branch of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk – scope 1’. 1.1. The material scope of the contract includes all works, activities and works necessary for the performance of the investment task, including the following elements: - Demolition of the elements listed in the executive project, - felling of trees and shrubs necessary for the implementation of the works, indicated in the executive project, - Reconstruction of historical buildings located in the Westerplatte area - ammunition shelters No 1,8,9,10,11,12 and the station operator's building, - Reconstruction of historical embankments of the second line of warehouses, - Construction of technical buildings in the newly constructed embankment - intended for toilets and economic purposes, - Construction of an opaque fence along the border with the military area, - Implementation of halls of ammunition shelters No 2,3,4, red masonry, tracks in pedestrian routes, - Renovation/construction works of the BAS Tower, BAS Shelter, Fuel Warehouse, FORT, Falochron, existing track, - Implementation of the network necessary for the operation of the completed Investment with an underground reservoir, including the connection to the sanitary sewerage system of the former Power Plant building, in accordance with the implementing project, - Implementation of a technical road with a forest car park, - Reconstruction of paths, implementation of elements of small architecture, - Implementation of plantings of greenery, - completion of the construction procedure referred to in Chapter 5c of the Construction Law Act. 2. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in Annex 1 to the FTZ ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ (OPZ) together with the technical and design documentation (forming Annexes 1 to 14 to the FTZ) and the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the FTZ. 3. The Contractor will provide a minimum of 60 months guarantee for the subject of the contract, counting from the date of signing the final acceptance report.
