Description

The contract will ensure that the technical and economic documentation and technical assistance services are provided, under the conditions laid down by the legislation, the legislative acts, the technical regulations in force and the requirements of the tender specifications, with a view to strengthening the building body C100 of IMT-Bucharest.
The technical and economic documentation, the full technical project phase (DTAC + PTE + DE + CS + AT + AS-BUILD) will be drawn up, in accordance with the framework programme governed by Order No 120/2012, checked by project verifiers certified by MLPAT/MC.
In the context of related services, the following services shall also be provided:
1) drawing up the documents attached to requests for opinions/agreements specified by urban planning, supporting them in the specialised committees of the issuers and obtaining, at the expense of the provider, the opinions/agreements requested by the planning permission;
2) submitting and maintaining the documentation necessary to obtain the construction authorisation with the public institution competent to issue it, withdraw the authorisation and related documents and transmit them to the contracting authority;
3) drafting the technical and economic documentation to obtain the agreement of the State Construction Inspectorate.
4) the technical assistant will be carried out for the entire duration of the works.
